With the International Voice Roaming Preferred Rate, you receive a discounted rate on each minute of usage by paying a low monthly fee. The discounted rate will cover all your incoming calls, calls back to Canada, in-country calls and international calls.

Roaming Add-ons must be kept on your account for a minimum of 3 months.
Roaming Travel Packs and Add-ons will not apply to usage while roaming on a cruise ship. This usage will be charged at the applicable pay-per-use rates.

World Voice Roaming Preferred Rate

$20 per month

Have the freedom and peace of mind to travel anywhere in the World and receive a discounted rate on each minute of usage. With the World Voice Roaming Preferred Rate, you receive a discounted rate on each minute of usage by paying a low monthly fee. The discounted rate will cover all your incoming calls, calls back to Canada, in-country calls and international calls.

World Combo Roaming Preferred Rate

$25 per month

With this add-on, the customer will get discounted roaming rates for voice, text and data usage while roaming in the U.S. and internationally. This add-on is perfect for customers who travel often and are looking for discounted roaming rates on multiple services. Customers get the added convenience of simply paying a one-time fee to have ongoing access to discounted roaming rates.

Talk & Text Travel Packs

Travel Packs help you to stay connected at an affordable price while roaming. Just make a one-time purchase to enjoy a bucket of minutes, text messages or both to use while roaming around the world. There are different packs available depending on where you plan to use your device and various sizes offered to suit your specific needs.

Travel Packs are valid for one month from the date of purchase. Don't worry if you go over your Travel Pack bucket allotment—you can keep on talking and/or texting at the same low rate as provided by your Travel Pack until your one month is up!¹

Plus, if you purchase a text messaging Travel Pack, you will not be charged for any text messages you receive.

• $60/month: 40 minutes & 200 sent texts (overage rate: $1.35/minute & 35¢/text)
